I bought an AFO support brace I like it…
I bought an AFO support brace I like it a lot. I'm not crazy about the Velcro strap it has because its not stretchy and it comes undone because it works its way up or down my leg. I'm always adjusting it. Other than that I am happy with this purchase. Ordering is simple, and transaction was smooth.

Alimed is ok to work with
Alimed is ok to work with. They provide there mechandise and make it easy to order and ship it in a timely fashion. Their prices are not great and they charge quite a bit for shipping compared to other suppliers i deal with

Crazy to not accept credit card
Crazy to not accept credit card, just charge the customer whatever you have to pay!!! Me having to send a check to Canada is crazy, difficult, time consuming going to the post office, etc, etc, etc.....

Additional product info would be helpful
Product shipped promptly in excellent condition. Clear information differentiating the pocket Communicator (words) from the larger version (pictures) would be helpful. I had the larger Communicator notebook and assumed that the pocket version would be identical in content. My patient has not regained reading skills and continues to need picture cues, therefore the pocket version was not useful for him.

My partner feels that his splint is…fantastic
My partner feels that his splint is helping him get more flexibility in his hand and fingers. He wears it more than he should as he says it gives him comfort. It does take me a time to put it on him, thus only four stars. I find it difficult mainly because his right hand and arm are completely Paralyzed but he feels pain so when I move his fingers and thumb to place them the finger slots it hurts him. Once complete he is as happy as can be.

I ordered a post-op shoe for a broken bone in the foot online. The shoe fit great and was comfortable, however, I received this request for a rating before I received the post-op shoe. Otherwise I am very pleased with my order and product I received from AliMed.
