Do we really have cuistomer service?
Having an order that was missing a small item and was basically told to wait it might come in made my experience with Alimed no better than anyone else. Now I will have to look everything up again and make another call. When I have over $15,000.00 worth of orders on backorder.

No notification of items on back order
No notification of items on back order Handling charge is excessive I find some customer service people to be excellent and others not so much

Order shipments & product warranty
When we send in orders, the response time is very quick, however, our instructions are not always followed. We always ask for a ship complete because we pay a flat fee every time a package crosses the border. If we have two items on an order and they don't ship together, we are charged double fees. The second issue occurs when there is a problem with an item or shipment. We will get an initial acknowledgement but then no follow-up, even when we ask for repeated updates. Even when it gets to a 'superior', the responses are far from adequate. That leaves us with a sour taste in our mouth and makes us hesitate when recommending your products.

Alimed is generally a good company and ships quality products. We have frequent issues with delivery quantities and mis-shipped product that is difficult to resolve as Alimed never claims responsibility.
