We received our order very fast but when we pulled it out of the package, there was what looked like dried blood on both front and back on the inside of the plastic.

The customer service at Alimed was very friendly. But the product did not work as described and quite honestly, every time we called, we were told we needed to purchase another piece of equipment. Still, it did not work. We ended up sending everything back after waiting over 1 week for a mailing label to be processed and emailed to us. Every one was friendly but ultimately it was a big fail and we bought a different product from a different company.

All from one order there were things lost in mail (3 minths later, still don't have) billing errors and several times was told someone would call me back for assistance with our account troubble. With what we did receive was a similar product, but not the brand we ordered. No one was able to assist and answer questions on that subject with out "look into it" and never getting a responce.

I really like your products and the prices until a standard $50.00 shipping cost is tacked onto the bill no matter how big or small the product is. Therefore I stopped ordering products especially if the shipping cost is more than the product.

The representative that we had did not give us accurate information. When we ordered the carts, we were told he would email us the invoice right away. When we didn't get the invoice and he did not return any messages after leaving numerous messages, I called and spoke with a manager. She told us an invoice doesn't generate until it's shipped, but the rep. did not tell us that. Also, we needed our credit card charged before the end of September because we had to submit a grant report by then and the manager said that couldn't be done. Again, the rep did not tell us all of this and he was well aware of our time constraints in getting all of this done by a certain time. The manager did end up getting an invoice to us and contacting finance to push through charging our credit card. From the beginning of working with that same rep he wasn't very good at getting back to me when he said he would. I often had to call him and he still did not look into things that I had questions on and he didn't know.

Charges never made it to the credit card. Had to keep calling to find out why charges did not show up on expense report. Finally after sixth call was told system was down and I had to resubmit credit card info. Not sure about doing that and hope that I am not charged twice.
