The knee brace I needed after knee replacement was $65 dollars higher on the manufacture's website and $50 higher on a major discount store's website. When I talked to customer service, I could not believe how personable they were. It wasn't a call center. It was someone who actually knew exactly what I needed to order and there was not a language barrier; well, unless you count my southern accent a language barrier. But seriously, I could not have had better service. I have recommended others to AliMed. I definitely will be using them, again.
