. Very attentive and kind when you are purchasing. I received a defective product in the manner in which it was handled to replace the product Was unacceptable. I am understanding of the final resolution; however, the sales rep and manager lead me on and made promises they couldn’t keep. I would never buy anything from this company again

2 Customer Service Reps failed to respond to me after promising to call back. Brace pricing is extremely high. After being told I would receive a pricing review 1 month ago, still have not heard back. Have had 1 order in last year not delivered to office. Asked for sales rep, and have not been assigned one. Terrible service altogether. I hope this review prompts someone to respond.
