love next day delivery. However, when an item is backorder there is no indication of that other than the order is "complete". There should be something indicating that on the order confirmation.

I like Alimed products and the customer service is great but the issue I have is the return policy is not great. I had to pay for my package to be sent back. In the future Alimed should pay for returns for your customers. Thanks

Delivery was great. We were a little disappointed with the product we chose, but it is hard to purchase on line. I really wanted to see the fabric and compare it to others we had seen, but were not able to. In the end the products we purchased have worked fine and we are happy with the final outcome.

Two part order, arrived almost a month apart, was too late to return first item. I sent them back to avoid waste, as neither piece worked for me.
