SLOW ON GETTING INVOICE AND PROOF OF DELIVERY

Extremely slow delivery. Quality of item purchased was less than advertized for an aphasia pocket size notebook. Cost of item too expensive for less than acceptable merchandise. Canceled remaining items ordered. Will not purchase from them again. Customer service polite.

This website is extremely misleading! As another customer stated, when I pull up the item I want and see it’s picture with a price, I assume that is the product I’m getting at that price...not true!! My order came quickly but it was totally not what I ordered. I agree that the website is extremely confusing and misleading. Products should match the actual price...how hard can that be. So waiting on approval to return for a refund minus shipping and a restocking charge, not to mention cost to ship back. One would think that the company would address the problem and fix after customer complaints. So, money and time wasted on my end while I continue to wait for return approval while this company gets richer at mine and others’ expense!!!

Not pleased with the website, very misleading. I'm not familiar with medical products and their names so when I see a picture that looks like what I want, I assume that is what I need to buy. I received a totally different product than the picture, it is very confusing. Why not just match your products with your pictures? So now I have to wait for a return approval and probably pay return shipping when shipping the first time was very slow and expensive for something that weighed less than a pound. Time lost, money lost and my daughter still doesn't have what she needs. Very disappointed.

Tricky information on the website. I was looking for "wall mounted toilet support" on the website and it came a image with a toilet with a leg as a "support", but it includes with the description "wall mounted toilet soport" three different items that I didn't notice, I make my ordered for $28.67, but I got delivered a metal washer, wich was the first option item on the three items for the description "wall mounted toilet support". I called and of course they said it was my mistake because I didn't choose the right item from the three items with "wall mounted toilet support description".I ended up paying for the return and for the first delivery changes that alimed company paid. I got in reimbursement $16.
