bad communication on shipping, item did not arrive when stated, paid a premium price for below average service. poor value all around. when I phoned to inquire it took three attempts to get customer service, I felt as though I was bothering the rep.

The picture showed the entire bedside commode but I only received the bucket! People who have special needs for toilets g should NOT need to spend 50$ on a pot to urinatepiss in. Absurd! I’ll NEVER use this company again and I am a home health therapist who provides most DME for the central California valley

Horrible customer service team. I believe I sent 3-4 emails before getting a hold of their other departments to get their attention. If they weren't the only company selling the product we needed, I would definitely not have been following up so much. It took almost 2 months before I could even order the item.
