Not happy
Ordered an item. First off wasnt what was described. Second they took what i ordered off. Third they cancelled the order. Then sent part of what i ordered according to description. Recharged me almost causing me to overdraw. Then said it was on backorder so thats why. Ugh. Now i have something i cant use for 80$

I couldn’t return my order
I ordered a Full Body Sistem TheraTogs, but my son’s therapist didn’t approve. So I tried to return it. I never even unpacked my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t get it. The Customer Care Trainer Sara Spangenberg stop answering me after ask the reason to return. I have no choice but to report this regrettable incident.

Wrong item sent two times
Wrong item sent two times. Returning both together. This is after talking to personnel two times and sending a scanned picture of the wrong item.

Shipping Stinks!
Shipping is excessive. Flat rate of 9.99 for each item ordered. I ordered two lightweight ThumbFit Neoprene hand braces that could have been shipped in a mailer First Class Mail for a fraction. Instead, the shipping was doubled to $19.99! Ridiculous!
