I did not get what I ordered, but it said to return I have to pay $35. I will just go to Wal-Mart from now on.

By mistake I ordered and received paper for a ultrasound Doppler on 1-31-2019. On 2-5-2019 Kylie at customer service advised I would be emailed instructions on how to return the purchase....that took days. I mailed it back following the return instructions on 2-15-2019. On 2-13-2019 Nichole said she found nothing Kylie did so she re-did it. On 2-25-2019 Chris said they received it 2-19-2019 but unfortunately it takes the return Team 3 to 4 weeks to give a refund and will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. So I paid $77 up front to get back $45.75 and I haven’t heard anything back and this is 3-10-2019. Respectfully Russ Carson

Website page for custom product request doesn't work, but 3 people tell you to use it. When they realize internally its not working, then they say email us, and then that person says "oh you have to use the website", then multiple conversations and then on-going follow-ups, then finally 2 weeks later a quote with "sorry but we are a bit behind with these quotes"
