The product was poorly made and barely…
The product was poorly made and barely functional..not to mention grossly overpriced. A real disappointment that they would carry this item. I sent an emai to their customer service to which I have received no response to date.

People helping people?
I have a slight leg length discrepancy and ordered 2 insoles to help with this issue. The insoles were very thick and not at all what was expected. It was stated that they were 1cm lifts but when I put one in my shoe I couldn't fit my foot in. I only used one since I only need it for my left foot. I requested a return for the unused one and it has been almost 2 months with no email with how to return. I was recommended this company by my physical therapist and I will NEVER use them again. Their motto is "people helping people" but it is not true.

Terrible
Terrible, they sent wrong size hat, took forever to straighten problem out, do not use these people.

I received this product
I received this product. I asked the very next day for a return authotization. That was over a week ago, I still have not received it. The product is sitting in a box on a shelf waiting.

wont exchange becouse tryed on
the arch did not fit .i would like to exchange .but was told since it was opened i cant exchange . we are unhappy

Bad experience

I ordered a Gunslinger brace and did…
I ordered a Gunslinger brace and did not know another part went with it which was part my fault. My customer called and said a part was missing and found out I needed to order another part to go with the brace. I called AliMed on Fri. to order the additional part and was ASSURED it would be delivered the following Tues. My customer again had to call me on Wed. to say the additional part did not show up. I called AliMed again and was told, that part was on back order. REALLY... I should have been informed of that when I placed the order on both counts!!!!! I am extremely unhappy with the service I received.

TERRIBLE return policy!
Terrible return policy. They will not accept anything that's been opened, which is ridiculous. If you open their package and find that the product doesn't fit, you're stuck with it. They say that this is because they can't re-sell it, but since when is the ability to re-sell something the determining factor in whether it can be returned? Utter waste of money -- I will NEVER do business with these people again!
