This company doesn’t take responsibility when things go wrong. They aren’t careful about knowing the quality of the items unseen but by the customer when they arrive. There are quality control issues and losses are absorbed by the customer. (Shipping etc.)

I purchased a settee from Alice Lane Home last August. They do not have a fabric sample program and the Rep sent photos of the fabric. I was apprehensive but my client really loved the settee so we ordered it. We didn't receive it until February of this year. The fabric is terrible and the company would not replace it with another fabric. I would never recommend buying from Alice Lane as once they got the order and their money, they wrote us off. They are so unprofessional!!!!!

Do not buy the warranty. My cushions started to fray within six months of purchase along with multiple stains and they will not respond to my emails. The quality is so disappointing as this was not an inexpensive couch. Customer Service is amazing until something goes wrong.

I've gotten some very special, quality boxes, vases, and other home decor pieces from Alice Lane Home Collection, and love every single thing. Absolutely love shopping here.
