Very respectful and honest communication with prompt options for flight and packages

They have been so helpful in helping me plan my travel and have been super flexible with my indecisive schedule. They’re always willing to help and respond in a great time. Amna from Al Hateem Tours has been so helpful!

I contacted Alhateem to book an Umrah package with trip to Dubai. Amna was very quick, professional and explained everything clearly about my options, the pricing was excellent. Unfortunately due to all the war happening right now I did not book but have her in my contacts to reach out hopefully in the beginning of 2027 or sooner if these wars would just stop. Thank you Amna. I highly recommend to use them for travel arrangements.

Loved there offers. It was great dealing with Miss Kiran. Lovely person. Very friendly. Would be happy to recommend to everyone who’s looking forward for travelling to get in contact with them so they could hook you up. Thank you!!

I recently completed my trip using their 5 star packages, and I am thoroughly impressed. The smooth transfers and professional guides took away all the usual travel stress, allowing us to focus entirely on our worship. It was an amazing Umrah experience from start to finish thanks to Ahmad. I will definitely be booking with them again for future travels.
