I lost 20k out of 50k in the past 5 months. I started with the Rapter followed the suggestion from the Algo Exchange Team, and it was very bad. Then, I changed two more times, but it still looks pretty bad. You do not check the at all time performance, but instead check the past 12, 6, or 3 months, and you will see. They will remove my review again if I write too much negative about them. Please be careful before you jump in.

Dear customer, We understand how frustrating a drawdown can be. However, Algo Exchange is NOT designed to be a single-system product, and Raptor was disclosed as a risk-on strategy before we allowed any subscribers to it, as it realized a 90%+ gain in 2024 with a 35% drawdown, so that level of drawdown is normal for that strategy. That being said, users are ALWAYS encouraged to use a combination of strategies to mitigate risk, and achieve smoother results. Based on your review, it seems you used one strategy and then hopped around to others - this is the WORST thing someone can do, as this subjects you to the Dunning-Kruger effect. We would be happy to go over our Portfolio Builder tool with you, so you can see how this would have not only cut your drawdown in half, but provided you with a smoother experience overall.

UPDATE 10-14-25: Algo Exchange flagged this review once again by claiming that it was “defamatory.” Not only is this company untrustworthy, but they also despise customer transparency. They are requiring me to edit this review to remove FACTUAL INFORMATION about their company’s business performance. Shame on Trustpilot for allowing this to happen. I’ve lost a net amount of roughly $17,000 using this company, and I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against them. If anyone has also been financially harmed by this company, feel free to reach out. Last month, Algo Exchange flagged my previous review with Trustpilot from July by claiming that it was “defamatory.” Ironic enough, this is the same company that boasts transparency. Apparently, in their world, “transparency” means censoring anything that doesn’t fit their narrative. Every word of my review was factual, but I suppose facts can be inconvenient. I’m sure they’ll probably try to get this review removed as well. If it disappears, you’ll know why. For anyone reading this review, I encourage you to fact check me. Since May, when I stopped using their algos, I’ve been attempting to get a refund from this company without any success. Then, last month, Algo Exchange reached out and dangled the possibility of refunding my original $13,000 starting fee but no more. In order for this to occur, I had to sign an NDA. (Trustpilot: This is factual and I have text messages that I’m happy to submit to prove this). If I signed the NDA, I could not post any further reviews anywhere about their company. That’s right. If that doesn’t sound like corruption, I’m not sure what else to call it. But I told him to send the NDA over so I could at least review it with my attorney, but after a month of excuses and empty promises, nothing has materialized, and I still have yet to receive it. And honestly, I doubt I ever will at this point. All I’ve ever asked for is a refund and not a penny more. After being swindled out of over $18,000 in fees for a pathetic 1.34% return, I figured the least they could do was give me my money back. After all, they did provide information in September 2024 demonstrating that I should expect to receive a “conversative” 50-70% annualized rate of the return using their algos. The reality is, the only way to get a refund from this company is most likely through legal action. Cumulatively, I’ve lost a total of roughly $17,000 with this company. A company that operates like this has no business holding a license. Perhaps they needed some time to bury my previous review from July 2025 with multiple presumably fake 5-star reviews to generate more business. I mean, did they really need to post eleven 5-star reviews after I posted my review from July? Subtle, right? If they were really trying to be convincing, maybe they could have tossed in a few 4-star reviews to make it look less desperate. I’m sure they’ll try to discredit what I’m saying, but don’t worry—I’ll break down exactly why those “reviews” don’t pass the smell test in just a minute. After more than two-thirds through this year, let’s take a look at what paying this company tens of thousands in fees really buys you as of today 9/3/25: Cairo 31.2% Predator 27.3% Tango 26.4% Falcon 7.4% Blackhawk 4.3% Millennium -3.6% Falcon V3 -5.5% Millennium V2 -5.9% Apollo -6.5% Falcon V2 -6.9% Spartan -8.4% Cobra -15.1% Raptor V3 -25.2% Pershing -27.4% Raptor V2 -29.4% Average Return: -0.249% But these returns are even WORSE than the cumulative returns from July and yet they receive nothing but praise? I don’t know of anyone who would be willing to pay for those returns. That’s why I believe the reviews are most likely fake. That’s just my opinion. Who in their right mind drops thousands of dollars for negative returns AND then posts glowing 5-star reviews about it? Please. Let’s not insult basic intelligence. My only goal here is to warn potential investors before they lose thousands of dollars with this company. If I had access to all of the information I have now, I would have ran in the other direction. However, considering that I’m still their “client,” I have the unique privilege of having access to all of the performance data of their algorithms. If you’re considering starting with this company, you need to demand to see their website containing all of the algorithm performance data. You’ll see that the numbers I’m reporting are accurate. If they claim that their performance data on their website is only for paying customers, that’s your cue to run in the other direction. Unfortunately, I didn’t press them for this information when I first got started because I didn’t know it existed. Now I do. I’ll be sure to post another update or two by year’s end with more performance data—assuming this company is still around.

We encourage all prospective clients to read the response to this review: David, We did not send you an NDA in exchange for a refund. All of our licenses are non-refundable, and the agreement we discussed with you was an exception to that rule, serving as a release of services to you and a termination of the license, this is called a Refund Agreement. We've contacted you multiple times to resolve your concerns with little success in reaching you. Additionally, your calculation of average performance returns is incorrect, as no user would use an original version of a strategy along with the lower capital versions (V2 and V3). We share our performance results on our YouTube channel for anyone to see, and are happy to post them here below. The average of all Algo Exchange strategies from 2021 to Present (Sept 3 2025) is: 2025: +12.1% 2024: +66.3% 2023: +43.8% 2022: +42.8% 2021: +82.5% The average return of this portfolio of systems is: +50.5% annually, with a max historical drawdown of 19.3%. As always, we recommend a long-term approach to our systems focusing on yearly gains. This is not, and has never been, marketed as a get-rich-quick solution. This is calculated by combining the performance of Tango, Falcon, Cairo, Raptor, Millennium, Spartan, Predator, Blackhawk, and Pershing all together. We would be happy to show you how to do this through the Portfolio Builder tool so you could see the same results on your end. You purchased a license that allows you to use all of our systems together - which is the best way to use our platform as illustrated above, yet you did not do this, and rightfully so that is your choice, but Algo Exchange is not a one-trick-pony with a one-size fits all strategy. We provide multiple strategies that operate on U.S. Based and U.S. Regulated Infrastructure. How you deploy your capital on the platform is entirely in your control. The more systems a user runs, the higher their odds of success. If you had used our software in this manner, you likely would have had better results than +1.3%. We also recommend at least 1 year of use, but again, this is entirely in your control. Nothing we have done displays recklessness, negligence, or deception. Users will have varying experiences based on their selected combination of strategies and the duration in which they use them. Also, we have the original call recording of your interaction with our company. All results and historical performance were clearly shown to you, with no stone left unturned, as this is our standard procedure. You were given access to this data immediately after purchasing, and continued to use our services for months. No one ever promised/guaranteed any type of future performance. This is not something our company does or would ever do, as disclosed on the front page of our website. We would be happy to share this with you as well. Lastly, your Trustpilot account has only been used to write 2 reviews, both of which have been for our company. A company that has been attempting to reach out to you to help you despite all of your threats against us. You experienced positive results with our systems, as you have mentioned, despite the size of these returns not being to your satisfaction. We've offered to make exceptions for you, and you want us to refund every cent paid to us despite using our service to successfully make money. This is not right.

The "benefits" and "performance" of the program were clearly oversold. That's my fault for "biting." Tuition: $20k. Performance since 4/3/25 nearly negative $5k. To me, these algos appear to do well in good markets. In volatile and poor markets, stop trading as the only "performance" is to separate a fool (me) from his money.

The algos I used were not good. I never recovered my investment and in the last 6 months I had the Algo, I would have made more money leaving my cash in a low-yield savings account. I was put on an Algo that did nothing but take losses for 3 months. After losing about 10% of my account, I was advised to switch to another Algo. That Algo basically hovered around the same balance for 3 months. I finally cancelled my account and left.

I paid to use the Falcon and Echo algos from algo exchange. Jason and Austin were very helpful in guiding me setting up the trading algorithms. After it went live over the course of 2.5 months, my trading account on IBKR lost a total of 15.5k. This does not include the $ I paid Algo Exchange. My experience using their algorithms was horrible. I had to stop the bot 2.5 months in because of the heavy losses. I would not recommend this to anyone. Thank you for replying to my review but my experience was not a short term emotional decision, I went with you guys out of all the algos out there because I trusted your performance data. I used 60k trading account over the course of almost 3 months and lose 25% of my hard earned $. How is that within the supposed 20% drawdown? I didn't switch from Echo to Falcon on a whim, it was Jason who suggested that if I was unhappy with the performance of Echo after 6 weeks to try Falcon. Both algos failed miserably. If I hadn't stopped the bots who knows how much more $ I would've lose. So both Echo and Falcon started making $ after I stopped using them over the course of almost 3 months? I must be the unluckiest trader alive...

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Falcon and Echo algorithms. While we are pleased to hear that Jason and Austin were helpful during your setup process, we are truly sorry to learn about the difficulties you faced with your trading results. From our initial consultations, we emphasize the inherent risks associated with each trading strategy, including potential drawdowns. We aim for transparency by showing every trade a strategy has taken throughout its lifetime, including known drawdowns and losing streaks, which are unavoidable aspects of any trading system. Our algorithms are designed to be fully automated, operating best over extended periods without frequent intervention to mitigate emotional trading decisions that often lead to suboptimal outcomes. It's crucial to understand that switching strategies frequently or deviating from the advised settings can significantly impact the effectiveness of any trading system. The strategy you chose, like all our systems, was demonstrated with years of real trading data (not just back testing), showing profitability over the long term when allowed to operate as designed. Indeed, while the 10% drawdown you experienced is disappointing, it falls within the risk parameters shown and discussed and is a part of the expected fluctuation for the chosen algorithms. We appreciate your feedback, as it underscores the importance of our ongoing commitment to support our clients in adhering to the designed parameters of our trading systems. We encourage you to reach out to us, so we can discuss your experience in more detail and explore ways to regain confidence in the strategy or possibly adjust your approach to better meet your expectations. Thank you again for your honest input. We are here to support our clients and are committed to improving your experience with our services. Sincerely, Algo Exchange Customer Success ------------------------ Responding to your reply, I want to address the concerns raised about the Echo and Falcon algorithms. The Echo system has shown resilience, with only one negative month in over 19 months of active trading. It fully recovered the losses and achieved additional profits in the following month. Unfortunately, you switched from this system before it had the opportunity to recover. Regarding Falcon, it is designed for a minimum capital of $150k. You initially deployed $60k and then increased your investment after realizing a significant profit of $6k in a single day. This decision underscores the potential of Falcon. However, subsequent losses, which are within the expected range of trading fluctuations, led to dissatisfaction. It’s important to remember that these fluctuations were discussed and acknowledged in our initial consultations, and the fluctuation experienced was well under the threshold discussed. Both systems have been net profitable this year. Specifically, Falcon has not experienced a losing month in 2024, and Echo has been net profitable despite one losing month. Continued operation of the algorithms would have allowed for the recovery of all losses, plus additional gains. We take your decision to dispute and charge back several payments seriously, though these were for services you had authorized. We opted not to contest these disputes, choosing instead to focus on resolving your concerns directly. Thank you for your feedback, which is vital for us as we strive to enhance our services and client experience. Warm regards, Algo Exchange Customer Success ------------------------ Responding to your additional reply, This is correct. Echo and Falcon both recovered all of their losses and are net profitable. Had you continued using the systems, you would have been net profitable. We are happy to connect with you and review the trade logs for each system and stand by this. Falcon has had positive returns for the last 6 months, and Echo only was red in March and fully recovered in April.
