They were very professional and responded very quickly. There ring was very beautiful and came with no problems. I was very impressed with everything. I was very nervous because it was all done through Internet and emails. And its alot of money to trust with something serious like this. But like i said i was very impressed.

The communication was clear and the product was great. It arrived earlier than I expected which was a nice surprise.

Wonderful customer service, I felt like I was in control the entire process. And the ring is absolutely perfect.

Great product, quick service and excellent communication. The only slight negative was the box that the ring was delivered in. I had to buy another box for presentation. Other than that the actual ring is excellent
