Disgusting service. Supplied a substitute for an order.
Disgusting, I used Alex Megan as they advertised small shoe sizes. When ordering a pair of ladies sneakers I used the size guide provided and was supplied with a full size larger than what I specified. If you cannot supply what was ordered you do not just send what you have. What does the company think will happen to this order? My advice to customers would be, ‘do not use this company for your purchases’.
