Useless customer "service"
After very helpful discussions with CEO Mike Rosenberg, I purchased an R50 8 months ago. When it arrived, the case - a unique fanless design - was damaged and one of the two screws that holds the case together would not engage. I immediately queried this and was astonished to discover that both faults had been known about before the unit was shipped to me. After some reluctance, Rosenberg agreed that they would replace the unit with a new one. 8 months on, dozens of emails and texts later and I am no further forward. No-one is ever "available" at the factory when I try to call. The R50 is a genuinely innovative and interesting fanless computer, made by a British company. The computer I can recommend, but the company is, unfortunately, a shambles. Buy from them at your peril.
