In my experience, the make up looks so nice and it lasts long! I am happy I found this brand

J’ai contacté le service clientèle au sujet d’un produit manquant dans ma commande, qui était destinée à être offerte pour l’anniversaire de ma maman. Malheureusement, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de la part d’Alegraorganica à ce jour, ce qui est très décevant. De plus, à la réception du colis, j’ai constaté que les emballages étaient ouverts, et que l’un d’eux était vide. Cette situation est particulièrement frustrante, surtout compte tenu de l’importance de cette commande. Au vu de cette expérience, je suis sincèrement déçue et ne peux pas recommander ce service.

The makeup kit isn't worth it. Face Balm Glow Set. I don't question the quality of the product, but the value for money isn't there. It's too expensive for the amount you get, especially considering that it doesn't last at all. I have to reapply my makeup all the time. The purchasing process wasn't the best experience either. I bought the kit online, and after making the payment, I received an email saying that one of the items was out of stock, so I would have to wait 2–3 days. After all, the packaging is gorgeous, and the product itself is very pretty, but I was disappointed with the quantity, longevity, and price.

Love the products! They’re super easy to use, the colors are beautiful and you only need a tiny bit. I got the honey lip balm and the face balm trio (Guava, Light Bronze and Moon) and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Now the only problem is resisting the urge to buy EVERYTHING 😂 keep going!

Livraison un peu longue mais justifiée par une entreprise basée au Portugal. Les produits sont supers et en bon état. Tout s’est bien passé !

After trying many brands it’s the best skincare I ever tried

I initally had a problem with my order since it did not arrive. I wrote to customer service and they send a new package right away ( including an extra gift for my trouble). I ordered the face balmn - blush and the face balm bronze. They are easy to apply, melt together on your face and stays on the entire day. Super cute packaging and long lasting! Overall, everything is easy to use, their customer service is great and their product is a must. Will definetly order again as soon as my current ones run out.
