Hi, we’re very sorry for the trouble. This is not the experience we want you to have. If you entered all the required information and clicked generate but nothing happened, it may have been caused by a temporary system issue or a browser/network problem. Please try refreshing the page, using Chrome, or switching to another network/VPN setting. If the issue still happens, please contact us at [email protected] with your login email and a screenshot or screen recording of the problem. We’ll check your account and help you resolve it as soon as possible. We can also compensate any credits lost due to a failed generation.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. There is no fixed limit on the song length, but certain models may have processing constraints that affect the final output. To resolve this, we recommend trying to switch to a different model in the platform’s settings. This might help with generating longer songs. If you continue to face issues or have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We’re always here to assist! Best regards, www.aisongmaker.io
