Gaurav treated me very well . Hi is a patient guy answered me very well .

I recently booked my tickets through air teip masters and had an excellent experience. A special mention goes to agent Vinay, who handled my booking with patience and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable, explained all the options clearly, and made sure I got the best deal available. Communication was smooth, and what really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to making the process stress-free. As I mentioned to a friend later, “Vinay made ticket booking feel effortless and actually enjoyable.” Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will happily recommend Vinay and the company to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused travel assistance.

Vinay provides great customer service. 2 days ago i got his number (Airtripmaster)from my friend and i was little worried regarding booking trip because i always booked by myself. I said whatever i felt but he did his best to overcome my insecurities. Now i feel i know him from long time. Thank you so much Vinay for your service. i recommend to everyone booked trip with Vinay…

First of all I’m a guy who books tickets by myself. First time I tried via a 3rd party service because my friend said so. I got chance to get in touch with Vinay in air trip masters, he literally acted like personal assistant and answered all my queries very quickly over WhatsApp chat, he helped me provide options which helped me decide what is best for my family and for me. I never knew it will be so hustle free, no waste of time like other 3rd party companies. Direct useful talks with Vinay, I contacted other 3rd party booking services and they talk all stuff except what is required. They don’t understand our need but they enforce their opinion. With Vinay it was not like that, very professional, very polite, all the qualities an agent can have. Not sure if all agents are same in air trip masters or it is only Vinay. I hope I get in touch with this guy all the time if others in air trip masters are not the same. Literally he acted like my local travel agent who we use to have in India. Even they try to extract money but not Vinay. Talk to the point and polite. In few words: simple, quick, useful, no waste of time. Big thanks to Vinay, some what credit goes to air trip masters to have an agent like this. This is what a service is called, so only still humans are required and AI is not that successful yet in service industry.

I recently booked my tickets from Canada to India with the help of Vinay Goyal from Air Trip Masters, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Vinay was extremely patient, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail clearly, and helped me secure the best price for my journey. What stood out the most was his dedication and genuine willingness to help—he made the whole booking experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his efforts and professionalism. I would gladly work with Vinay again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking to book flights at the best price with excellent customer service.
