Not even worthy of 1 star. Booked limo as a surprise for our family. Pick up in Toronto and drop off Niagara Falls. Car was dirty, driver wasn’t much better. Driver didn’t help with luggage or even utter a word to us. Spent most of the drive on his phone (hand held) whilst on the motorway driving 80 mph. Due to very poor service we didn’t tip the driver. I had planned to complain but received an email next day asking if I was happy with the service. I told them everything. Their answer was that they couldn’t get hold of me to arrange pick up (I was on a plane) so they had to get a subcontractor to pick us up. A couple of hours later I received a message from the driver (attached). I sent screenshot to company and they have ignored that and any further emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOURE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE!! Have a photo of the vehicle. Just mad I didn’t take photos of inside the car to show ripped seats and overall lack of cleanliness Message from driver: “ Hello, I heard you send a message to my company to vehicle was dirty. Service wasn’t great. Send that f’ing UK people you are so dirty people your are doesn’t know how to tip to the driver. The money you paid for it this the service . you f’ing get lost. First, you wash your mouth and face bad smell”. Unable to post screen shot but this is exactly what he sent. Had to edit the text to remove swearing to allow me to post review.
