I never received the two airify pros plus extra filters I ordered in mid December 2024 even though the shipping information from China said it was delivered to my doorstep January 24. 2025. Since I have cameras at each of my doors, I have proof that they were never delivered. All attempts to contact Airify have failed. This is an obvious scan, and it drives me crazy to keep seeing advertisements every time I’m on my phone. Please be aware. A very expensive lesson.

If i could leave a rating less than one I would! Took over 5 weeks to receive. Attachment was missing. Sent several emails no response. Then asked for refund no response . Don’t fall for their ad. Doesn’t work like they demonstrate. I just threw $120 out the window

It took one month to receive after a few emails, so I was happy I did not get scammed. During the wait I read the reviews, a bit late, but at least I knew what to expect. Bottom line-IT HAS LESS THAN A QUARTER OF THE VACUUM OR BLOWER POWER THEY SHOW ON ADS.

Wow ... just, wow. Never have I been IGNORED by a company when trying to get help with an order. The issues? We bought TWO of these pieces of junk, accidentally, and now we're stuck with them, because the company has not responded to two emails requesting help. Plus, we want to return both of them because their ads online are TOTAL fabrication! I guess I would give them an A for effort in regards to the AI they must have used in the videos, because neither of ours works remotely close to what you see online. Some government agency needs to investigate this company for fraud and shut them down!

I ordered the Airify pro on December 26, 2024 from the Airify website. It is now February 1, 2025. I have contacted the company 3 times. I was told it was in transit and gave me a tracking number with JSExpress. When I checked, it said it was delivered, but it was not. I contacted the company again, but with no response. I believe this is a scam.

Ordered this product on 12/25/24. Just received it on 1/29/25. This product does not perform as they claim. There is very little suction and it barely picks up anything. There is no customer service number to call and they have not responded to any emails. This company needs to be investigated because this is definitely a scam. Very expensive lesson learned. I paid $116 that does not stand up to what they claim. In the future I will be reading reviews before purchasing anything else that claims to be so good. People please stay away from this product.

Scam product Took 2 months to receive. Barely worked with little to no suction. Only 2 parts fit. It’s as if they packed a bunch of misc plastic parts in a box and sent it out. Expensive lesson learned. After reading other reviews of no response, it went straight to the trash.

I ordered this product on 12/20/24 and payment was made to this company the same day. I was notified by Shop that the product was delivered on 1/17/25, but it was actually never received. I advised customer service, and they wrote apologizing and indicating that the item was in transit. Today is 1/29/25 and I have written to them twice with no response This is apparently a scam. For me, it was a $120.00 lesson.
