The airify nebulizer does not work as described. It barely blows out medication. Don't waste your money on this like I did! :(

Had I read all these reviews, I never would have bought it. Everything said is mainly all the same. And it’s all true. So very sad. I guess I’m wasting my time emailing them. It’s more than likely trash. The vacuum is nothing like the ad. Suction is horrible. Attachments fall off. No customer support.

As soon as I saw this product was coming from China, I knew it was a scam. Emailed the support and heard nothing. Took a month to receive and I could tell immediately it was a cheap replica. Tried contacting company again but got nothing. Luckily I used AMEX to pay and AMEX gave me a credit once I showed them proof I attempted to contact the company. This company is a total scam.

Ordered one of these and it did not work like it showed and when I asked for a refund, they’re only gonna give you 50% of your refund so this is a scam do not order

I would love to give a review on the product, but I ordered it on 12/28/2024 and as of the writing of this review, (3/24/2025) I have not received the Airify vacuum cleaner. I have conacted the company but have not received a response and have asked for a refund several times. Customer service is horrible, and the company isn't much better.

This is a truly terrible product with virtually no customer support. Not only does the product not work, the attachments don't fit, the suction is tepid, and the button to boost the suction doesn't work. Attempts to connect with customer support were ignored. I even said in my entreaties to them that I wanted to give them a chance to address my concerns. No response, hence this review.

Piece of shit* doesn't work, took forever toget! Tried over half a dozen times to stopped order and refund money never happened. have been trying to get a refund forever from this company that I can't seem to contact with unless I'm buying something and getting ripped off again DO NOT BUY!!!!
