They’re horrible. I was charged a total of $65 for 12 hours of parking. I guess when it says $25 for 24hr it doesn’t mean 24 hours but it ends art midnight. I pulled in at 1035 pm and at midnight my parking stopped. That was $25. Then when they started another $25 they also added a $15 fee as well. They don’t have no explanations and nothing is clear so if you never used them before you’re probably going to get cheated.

An extremely underhanded and greedy company. They keep opening parking tabs on my car and charging me the maximum fee for parking when I have already parked with a guest code. I am starting to feel personally targeted. There should be a public lawsuit against this company.

I drove my son from Massachusetts to Colorado with an agreement for monthly parking set on autopay. They cancelled the agreement 3 weeks in due to overselling spaces. They do not have a consumer telephone number and have not responded to my emails. We now have a car in Colorado and no where to park with no help from Airgarage and no customer support to call.

Horrible experience with this company. Had a family vacation at the waterpark only to come out to a parking ticket for nonpayment. Nowhere did it say we had to park before enter entering nor did anyone in the water park advises to do so. Customer service is absolutely useless. I hope they go out of business honestly. Ruined a somewhat fun experience.
