ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! I never pressed the agree button to pay and suddenly they charged me $25 for one hour!!!! There is no way to close your account or remove credit card and no one responds to texts, emails or calls. I feel violated and unsafe that I cannot close my account. Will NEVER use them again

We purchased for 1 hour parking at a garage in Kapiolani Blv. and left the garage in less than an hour. We were charged for $30 when it’s supposed to be $3.50. I texted and called them but nobody is getting back. It’s a scam. There was nowhere that mentioned that we had to let them know before leaving the garage.

Their signage is fraudulently vague. It is customary to pay upon leaving a parking garage. But AirGarage signs do not indicate that the payment process must be initiated via text immediately after parking your car, not upon driving out of the garage. I was shocked to find an $88 ticket on my car. When I protested the ticket they offered a 50% discount - so $44 for a 7 hour stay that should have cost no more than $12. Never again.

This lot MIGHT be safe for short-term daytime parking but do NOT leave your car there overnight. If you are trying to save on the cost of parking at one of the local hotels there are two or three covered lots in the area that will be much more secure. My truck was broken into on this lot after which I moved my truck and just ate what I paid for parking. The owners did not care and would not even offer me a refund. Choose another parking option.

Parked in an empty downtown lot 7pm 11/31 (it was dark). There were several large sign saying it was a paid lot but none of them said HOW to pay. Looked for it, but couldn't find anything so I gave up. Had dinner and came back an hour later to find a ticket on my car. For $88!!!!!! I went back the next day in the light and finally found a small sign out of the way in the corner with a number to text how to pay. It would have cost me $2.50 to be there for an hour. Instead I receive a ticket that is 3,520% the cost it would have been to park?!?!?!?

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I continue to get requests for payments from air garage for parking from another vehicle from out of state. This has happened six times in the last month and repeated contacts have not resolved the problem. They do not know anything about customer service and BBB gives them an F rating.

They are there to scam people out of as much money as possible. Everything they do is meant to maximize the fines and payments they collect. My stay got stopped somehow 6 minutes after I parked (I did not stop the timer) and they then charged me the maximum fee plus a penalty, and they change the maximum fee depending on time of day and busyness of the garage. I’m sure garage operators love them because they make as much money as possible but it’s super shady. Wouldn’t be surprised if the program is meant to automatically “stop” the timer so they can do this. And then customer service plays innocent.

Doesn’t even seem legal. No rates posted. No payment info posted before you enter. Phone number provided to speak to representative does not offer that option. Email would not transmit to provided email address. Unsolicited text link to pay is also unmonitored. Request for info at website would not submit. No other contact info. So you are left with inputting financial info to the unsolicited text link or a link to a QR code that is stuck on a wall to an entity that obviously doesn’t have your best interests at heart. I can’t imagine they are providing useful security or recourse for anything that might happen in the extremely tight spaces provided. I encountered a dozen people in my short time there with the same WTH reaction. All of this to park out of the rain across from a concert venue.
