If you want to be gaslit
If you want to be gaslit, talked down to, and have your problems dismissed while you're told you're the one being unreasonable, hire this company. That's exactly what happened to me. I had 3 clear issues with my refrigerator: excessive frost buildup and the water dispenser coming out at room temperature instead of cold, like it used to, and on top the fridge freezes food on the top shelf. The frost was fixed. The water issue was not, the freezing shelf ignored, also never investigated, yet they closed my ticket like it was resolved. I had to reopen it myself with the home warranty When the technician came back, instead of investigating, he insisted the water was "cold enough." It is not cold at all, it's room temperature. I proved it with a side-by-side comparison against a jar of water sitting in my kitchen, and they matched exactly. When I pushed back, he told me he wasn't going to argue with me and shut the conversation down. He never acknowledged that this same refrigerator used to dispense properly cold water and no longer does. Instead, he just opened the fridge door, pulled out a few drawers, and declared the unit "working." On top of that, the issue where the fridge freezes food on the top shelf, I was told that's how refrigerators work!!! freezing food in the top shelf This isn't a technical skill problem, it's a customer respect problem. I was spoken to like I didn't understand my own appliance, and my complaint was minimized instead of addressed. Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've had with a home service company. Do not waste your time or money here.
