RagnarLothbrok is the GOAT. Homie was so quick with it, and super helpful.

Not had any experience with customer service, so can't comment on that. However, the whole installation process is made very easy by their guides on the website. Software does require antivirus to be disabled and the computer to be restarted, which, although it's the nature of these programs, it is a bit disconcerting. All in all, cod hacks work great.
