Aileen Oya will represent you well!
Aileen Oya recently took over as our selling representative for a home in Coronado CA. We worked with other realtors and interviewed many. She's honest, ethical and gave us great advice. We live out of state, so she took care of a lot of details that the house required. She arranged some repairs, carpentry, flower planting and even some tree limbs that needed cutting. Our sale was delayed because the house had to be assessed for historical significance. It was a difficult journey working with the city office that handles this. Aileen constantly communicated with the city officials and kept us in the loop. She attended all of the required hearings. She is calm, a great communicator and will represent you well. She has gone above and beyond to make the property look great. Aileen has my strongest recommendation as a realtor.
