Don’t trust those guys... they replied now to my old feedback saying to contact them via email etc etc. That’s exactly what I was doing and then they stopped replying!!! I opened a PayPal case to get my refund for a service I never ended up using and of course they denied any money back!

It doesn't work at all, full of bugs. Careful - it's a scam! No response from customer support as well.

Worked during free trail but once you actually pay the automation freezes. There's a customer support who responds but corrections aren't made. Save your money!

WARNING!!!! Do not use this service. They don't get you followers or get you traffic from other users. Everything is fake and their system is very flawed. They are a scam business. They start with a phone call before you sign up making it sound professional. After they convince you to join (if you do) then whatever ever service you get (there is Growth or Premium). Growth is useless basically, nothing really happens. And the customer service is nonexistent. I messaged and emailed them multiple times and they do not respond. When you eventually get someone they will chat/email for a little bit saying it will work, it will work. I signed up then for the Premium service, which they advertise 24/7 support, which is a lie, I can't get anyone to answer any of my problems or needs, it is no different then Growth service. Since being with there service it has been down multiple times. The first week I joined there system was down the whole week, didn't even offer me a refund or anything. The liking and comment features are horrible. What they advertise how many likes per day, not even close. I put on the fastest growth liking system and it only was around 30 likes a day. I do that on my own without their help. Do not waste your money or time because all they want is your money. I was screwed and I fell into their scam. Please be forewarned!!!

Absolutely worthless!! You pay for fake followers. No respond what so ever with the customer service. Don’t use iT!!

this company has the absolute worst customer service. there product is spotty and unreliable. and to top it all off once you unsbrscribe they continuous send you spam emails. 7 hrs no response on chat to get them to physically remove from the list since emails and unsubscribe does not work.

Noticed they have been spamming this page with fave five star reviews since they got this influx of negative reviews following them scamming people out of their money. Good news is if you throw enough of a fit they will refund you. Bad news is, their team sucks, and their product actually prevents you from being viewed by new people because the new Instagram algorithm goes above and beyond to prevent spammy services like this from producing true engagement. Do yourself a favour and join an Instagram DM group filled with people within your niche. The spam comments AiGrow gives you look fake and make people think you're pretending to be Instagram famous (which you are).

Total scam, customer service is pretty much non existent. It works well during the trial period to lurk you into buying after that just doesn't work and there is no one to communicate with properly to try to fix the issues
