After being overcharged £200, I have repeatedly reached out for a refund, only to be met with complete silence and disregard for my concerns. It is clear that this company has no regard for its customers' trust or satisfaction. Despite providing documented evidence of the overcharge and actively seeking resolution, they have chosen to ignore me for weeks, effectively stealing from me and showing utter contempt for their customers. I want to warn others to steer clear of this company at all costs. Their lack of integrity and disregard for customer service is shocking and unacceptable. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to think twice and protect themselves from being taken advantage of. I will be escalating this matter further and will not rest until I receive the refund I am rightfully owed. This company needs to be held accountable for their actions and the harm they have caused to their customers. Consider yourself warned: avoid this company at all costs.
