AIFS made my study abroad experience memorable and even more helpful in three ways. With the help of AIFS, I was able to attend a University in Florence that I received core college credits for with a great dean, professors and students. A big perk of AIFS that some of my friends studying in other programs in Florence didn't have, was the AMAZING meal plan. The meal plan allowed myself and my roommates to go out and try different restaurants and get grocery cards to a grocery store provided by AIFS. The grocery cards were helpful during the week if I didn't feel like going out to eat, and the meal cards to restaurants were great to go out and try new places with different cuisine types. Lastly, I was able to live in a beautiful apartment right near the Ponte Vecchio with girls that I have grown so close to and still keep in contact with everyday. I would highly recommend the AIFS study abroad program to anyone looking to study abroad a safe and efficient way to benefit a lifetime experience.

This program was absolutely amazing. Whenever I would come across a situation or a concern that may happen to me, AIFS had it all figured out. The logistics and the way the program is set up is flawless and there are so many people who are there to help you and make sure you have all your questions answered and you feel prepared to head abroad. I couldn't have picked a better program and everyone at AIFS was so great and helpful and it made going abroad so much easier knowing I had people to turn to if I ever ran into any issues.

Aifs study abroad was amazing, they made my experience studying abroad better than I could’ve ever imagined. The directors and coordinators were extremely helpful and caring before the trip even happened. When I got there I was anxious and nervous about getting around the city in Berlin, but the program director helped us find our way around the city to our homestays or apartments and back to school. I felt like I was ten steps ahead of everyone else because of this knowledge and thoughtfulness AIFS put into the program. During the semester, AIFS had multiple activities planned for each week and weekend trips to places I would’ve never gone. It was so amazing to have someone who knew the city and doing activities that we liked. AIFS made the semester feel like a educational vacation rather than school, which many out of the program felt. I would’ve never met amazing people and experienced amazing places and food without AIFS. Lastly, AIFS helped me with all of my needs whether it was school, planning, school back home, friends, professors, or even suggestions, they were always so happy to help. I would go on another trip with AIFS again.

My semester abroad with AIFS in Budapest was amazing! My program director Deniz did everything she could to make us have a memorable experience and was a great resource throughout the semester. AIFS partnered with Corvinus University to offer a variety of classes that transfer back to my home university. You are required to take Hungarian which is an incredible opportunity to learn a unique language and to help give you a more authentic experience as you become more comfortable with the language and can get around like a local. Overall I loved AIFS and would go back to Budapest with them in a heartbeat.

I loved study abroad with AIFS it's a very good program even my parents likes it. I would love to have another study abroad with AIFS.

Best semester of my life!! AIFS in Salamanca was truly an experience of a life time! Wish I could go back!

I absolutely LOVED my semester abroad. The first week of the program, I had lots of conflicts with my classes, but Chiara in the administrative office of Richmond helped me resolve all of them. Soon after, my schedule was back to normal. I always felt that the people in the AIFS office were reachable, even though I didn’t have the urgent need to do so. All in all, a great experience with AIFS!!!!

AIFS really enhanced my study abroad experience with all their weekend activities, and consistent travel trips and support throughout the week. I learned more about Spain, with their cooking classes, tours, and dance classes than I would have on my own. A lot of their email tips and debriefs helped me navigate the city, for a safe and enjoyable experience. Most of all the trip to Morocco and Andorra kept me engaged with other students and I made some amazing life long friends and memories. Being part of AIFS was one of the best choices I made when I was preparing to study in a different country.
