AIFS AbroadReviews of aifsabroad.com

AIFS (Sevilla) was everything I wanted and more! They were absolutely amazing, and Edu did an amazing job planning all the trips that the program got to go on. The host family that I stayed with was also fantastic!! I could not have asked for a better study abroad experience!!!

The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They made sure each of us were comfortable and answered all of our questions about living in the city, traveling, and immersing ourselves in the culture. I greatly appreciate the opportunities to grow, learn, and explore that I had during my time with AIFS—I also liked that we had autonomy to explore as we wanted, but the staff would always be there to ask questions or help us out. Truly cannot recommend these guys enough!!

The AIFS program in Sevilla lead by Edu was incredible. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Edu and his team were fantastic and quick in helping the students with whatever was needed including calling the phone company for me to figure out how to fix my phone! I wish I could go back and do it all over again with them. Sevilla itself is wonderful and a must-see, very safe city. Again I couldn’t recommend the program enough!

My time with AIFS spread over the entire academic year of 2022-2023. I studied abroad in London, and I had a life-changing experience. I will be forever thankful to AIFS for the experiences I was a part of, the people I met, and the wonderful places that I travelled to. I learned more than I ever could have in a classroom in the US during my time abroad, and this was because of the wonderful program and especially the excellent staff associated with AIFS. The professors genuinely care about their incredible education curriculum but always put student experience and learning first. I feel changed by this experience and would recommend it to anyone that wanted to study abroad.

The support that I have received throughout my experience has been amazing for my personal and professional development! Special shout out to my on-site advisor, Andrea Hays for being such an encouraging pillar throughout my internship abroad in Sydney, Australia! Going abroad is such an exciting experience and having a program such as AIFS just makes the experience run smoothly.

I loved my experience with AIFS Florence. All of the staff are so helpful and nice and all of the professors are amazing! AIFS had lots of activities set up for us to do which allowed us to see more of the city and meet the other students that were part of the program. Overall I loved studying abroad in Florence and would recommend it to anyone who is looking at studying abroad.

Lovely faculty! Lovely people! Fun and interesting classes!

I studied abroad in Stellenbosch South Africa Spring 2022. Stellenbosch has a college town feel with plenty to do and Cape Town is only 45 minutes away (and easy to get to). I met many friends who were either international students or South Africans students since the University does a great job of welcoming International Students. We spent our time wine tasting, exploring the region, and learning about South Africa. Hestea, the program director, is the woman I want to be when I grow up. She is an amazing, loving, wise human being who will help you along the way during your time abroad. She also gives the best advice. Studying abroad in Stellies contained the highest highs and the lowest lows of my life. This time shaped me into the human I am today, and I could not recommend it more.
