The application process was made very simple and easy AIFS made sure I had everything I needed and helped me keep up with deadlines. Upon arrival in Barcelona, Spain the AIFS staff kept us updated on what was going on in the city and gave tips on living in a different country by email throughout the semester. The staff was always was willing to help with anything we needed. AIFS offered many cultural activities and excursions to take advantage of during your stay.I would recommend to any student planning on studying abroad to go through this company. If I could go again I would 100% go though AIFS!

I loved my program in Budapest and my AIFS director really cared about the students and made my time in Hungary all the better. AIFS made the paperwork and logistics of going to Budapest easy and took away a lot of the stress of going abroad. The excursions were well planned and well worth the money! I made friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

I had an amazing time studying in England in spring semester. With AIFS we were given many opportunities to travel around the country and even into Paris included in tuition. I was an amazing experience!

AIFS was really great at keeping me safe while abroad and being attentive to my needs, which is all you can really ask for as a student. There was an instance when AIFS withheld important information from me, and most of the administrative staff was great, but the students they hired were not very helpful and kind of rude. The day trips were boring, but the administrative staff works very hard to help you out with anything and everything you might need.

Great experience, learned and saw so much. Wouldn't take it back for the world. AIFS has a lot of scholarships so be sure to apply! It is possible for anyone; I am a first gen. student who is financially independent and I was able to study in Florence, Italy which was small enough for comfort but diverse enough to really expand my world views. Wouldn't take it back for anything :)

They were very responsive and organized. The one thing I was unhappy about was the expenses. For the program led trips, I felt this price was ridiculous considering we had to buy flights separately. Specifically, the Andalucia trip, I am not quite sure what we paid for besides a hotel and bus. Other than that the staff was always there to answer any questions. They were very nice and welcoming people. If I could study abroad again, I would gladly choose this program.

I conpared at least 7 different program providers and I am so glad I chose AIFS to study abroad with! The on-site staff in Prague are fantastic, friendly, and super helpful. I liked that different things, like an all-inclusive transportation pass and one starting cell phone sim card, were provided. If I were to do the same program over, I maybe would have not done the flight plan just because I'm sure i could have found cheaper. The excursions were great, and we always stayed in really nice, centrally located hotels. All in all, I was happy with my experience with AIFS.

AIFS changed my life. They made it possible for me to study abroad in a new country & live my best life. I was able to learn about new cultures, help others in situations different than mine, and come out with an open mind. However, in all honesty, the head coordinator of my program wasn’t very helpful in the process to go abroad. But that didn’t stop my excitement and urge to go to South Africa. I will always remember AIFS as a way out for me.
