Follow TENUREROCKS2014 on Instagram . I retained Christopher Aiello on or about June 26,2015, two days after receiving an Agreement of Mutual Release from my employer , Highland Park BOE. I am a tenured teacher, and I did not sign the agreement. Mr.Aiello filed a Tort Claim on September 8, 2015 to protect my lawsuit. The matter was later transferred at the request of Highland Park Board of Education to the Commissioner from the Superior Court in Middlesex County NJ. Mr.Aiello wanted off the case after the transfer. The Commissioner of Education, declared me "90-day barred" based on timeliness. HMMMMMMM How can that happen with a TORT CLAIM filed timely by Mr. Aiello, to protect my lawsuit ???????馃く
