Three months in. The operator experience has been the cleanest I've had on a talent platform: precise briefs, fast matching (Loom intro -> interviews -> well-scoped client in Texas), and a concierge, Julieta, who stays responsive across technical and human sides of the engagement. The daily/weekly reporting cadence the platform encourages is one of the better delivery feedback loops I've worked under. Real product, real cadence. For senior AI engineers tired of vague postings, definitely worth applying!

Saw the Facebook Ad and it captured my interest with looking into an internal AI agent that can implement our ongoing growth challenges after being in business for 15 years. Initial intake process seems thorough. AY was empowering to engage in explaining the benefits for a company like ours initially. Then Eddie CTO jumped in. I was impressed how quickly he heard and streamlined the challenges into workable focused “To-Do” list. Then the candidates were sent for interview based on my requirements. Choose the first one who was great/ Alvaro, and he did a decent amount of work the first month. However the timeliness and transparency I needed to understand as went through the process did not match. I let Eddie and Caleb know. They heard my concerns. I had new candidates to interview in two weeks. Carlos appears to be a good match and highly knowledgeable in creating the workflow needed with GHL. This first month he has achieved a lot more than I expected and he continues to work on the back end independently as well as provided reports and technical suggestions for our ongoing challenges. Caleb and his crew continue to check in. Plus the monthly online masterclass Caleb hosts is valuable to connect with other entrepreneurs to see what solutions are working for everyone. I had no technical knowledge 3 months ago, coming from a medical field. The support, education and continuous guidance I receive from the AI Architect team has been valuable. I will definitely recommend and refer them to other businesses.
