Beware of unexpected subscriptions and charges! I would strongly advise people to avoid this company. I initially paid just £1.25 for an online assessment. Within seven days, a further £69.90 had been taken from my bank account, £39.95 for a Persolabs subscription and £29.95 for a separate Persolabs AI subscription. I had absolutely no idea I was signing up for TWO recurring subscriptions and would never knowingly have agreed to these charges. When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund me, insisting I had agreed to the subscriptions. I asked them to provide evidence of my consent, but they failed to provide it. I followed up again requesting a refund and have since received no response. I’ve now had to contact my bank to block further payments. I’m extremely disappointed with the way this company operates and handles complaints. What I thought was a small one-off payment has turned into an expensive and frustrating experience. Please be extremely careful before entering your payment details.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I cancelled a subscription within the trial period after doing a test, but after a few days it started asking for payments that didn't match the terms of service. Turns out that you have to cancel two subscriptions in 2 different websites (persolabs.org AND ai.persolabs.org). The second HIDDEN subscription is the scam.

Paid for initial test. Then was charged $40 canadian for no reason. Trying to cancel now.

Absolute scam. My son paid 75p for results and I have been charged £70 a month for the past 3 months before I noticed.

Horrible, do not use them. You only have to pay $2 upfront but then they start charging you subscription fees for the test but also for their AI service. Contacting customer service doesn’t help at all, you just get a generic automated message telling you to cancel the subscription even when you already did

Scam site! They start billing you by hiding a subscription and then you try to cancel and even though you have they still take your money! Using the email for their support seems to be useless as you only receive the same message for every time you contact them, even if you send images as proof! I'm determined to find a way to stop them taking my money!!!!
