I want a refund please
So I was on to the company a month ago to stop renewing my account I wanted it cancelled. The man in the email said there'll be no renewal next month it's cancelled and then here we are yesterday getting billed for a pro subscription. By the way this websites rubbish there version of chat gpt doesn't even look back at old conversations. It doesn't remember what you have written. I've sent them 5 emails since yesterday but no reply
