Worst water service ever
I am writing to you to formally express the utter outrage and abandonment that numerous residents in Lorca are currently experiencing at the hands of the water utility company, Aqua lorca. Currently, several parts of the municipality are completely without water Zarzadilla De Totana, Lorca. This is an unsustainable situation at any time, but it has become a critical safety hazard given the current threat of local fires. What makes this situation entirely intolerable is Aqualorca’s absolute failure to communicate with the public: No Human Contact: It is entirely impossible to speak to a human being. Their WhatsApp service is a useless automated robot that circles endlessly without providing answers. Ignored Emails: They completely ignore emails sent by desperate residents looking for updates. They revert you to a website that is down for ages Broken Website: Their systems redirect customers to a website that is completely down and offline during the worst possible moment. A whatsapp that is a robot and useless also Language Barrier: To make matters worse, the large English-speaking community is completely cut off. There are no English options on their automated phone lines, leaving hundreds of residents stranded without vital safety information during an emergency. It is shameful and negligent for a critical utility provider to hide behind broken websites and automated bots when people have no water. We demand that the Town Hall step in immediately, hold Aqualorca accountable, and force them to communicate. Lorca needs a functioning water company.
