It's very suitable for new businesses looking to organize their work flow as this tool provides a platform where you can engage your customers with support tickets, chat and projects, but it also allows you to send them quotations and invoices. Customers also have the ability to pay their invoice right from the same portal. It's been a great experience so far using this tool. The customers love it too. There are quite a lot of features here, some people may prefer to turn some settings off to make it easier and cleaner upon logging in. Their support is very helpful and I've already recommended a few improvements which they are working on - some have even been implemented already, like sending notifications upon ticket reply. Overall...excellent tool and looking forward to using it with more clients.

The Agiled app is new and developing. Just like a newborn baby, you help it develop, grow with it and mature (by providing feedback). That's exactly what this app is, new, useful, and, maturing. An all in one white-label portal to keep you organized and focused on business. Its speed, all in one project/business management features, as well as, the ease of use and setup, makes it an ideal tool. The roadmap has a lot oo great features and integration listed which will make this an even better product.   Since it's new and still developing, developers are open to new ideas and improvements. There are bugs here 'n' there and the support team is "Agile" in handling the issue and responses.

Agiled packed with a lot of power, it replaces at least 5 to 7 subscription-based services, saving hundred a month and having everything under one platform! Overall my experience is great. It is cost-efficient and saves a lot of time and efforts. I will recommend this amazing all-in-one software.

Many factors that makes me fall in love with Agiled. The first one is ease of use. I used SuiteDash (very similar to Agiled in terms of Features) but it is difficult to understand the flow of the software. With Agiled, I am able to get it working in very short time. The second factor is that Agiled is very complete in terms of feature. Agiled is all in one software. It has CRM, HRM, Finance, Invoice, Proposal, Project Management, Task, Chat to support your client and communicate with your team. Lots of feature that I have not mentioned here. The third factor is responsiveness of the Agiled team. The team is always available to answer your question and they also listen carefully with your feature request. The fourth factor is the integration. With Agiled, You can have many popular integration to connect with other software. Among of the integration are Zapier, Integromat, Automizy, Moosend and many others popular integration. For negative things, I have not found it yet.

Greatly improved in just the span of a few months, it's quite useful to handle many aspects of a business. While it's not perfect yet, the development speed makes it so any individual issue is not major, and gets fixed and resolved in short order.

In this new era of working remotely with team spread abroad, it is very important to find the right platform. Agiled is one such platform that might not have the best Task Management or be versatile like Monday.com, but is unique in that it has all the required functionality to run your hole business in one single platform. The vision is there and the growing features being incorporated is as agile and their name suggests, Agiled. I highly recommed it.

Must-have for any small business owner!! I just recently switched from Suite-dash and I don't regret that decision at all. I found myself spending so many hours trying to figure out how things work on Suitedash. Agiled is easy to install and customize. I love the responsive support team and the fact that the company is consistently adding new features. I strongly recommend this software to any business owner that wants an effective and efficient way to manage their business.
