Dear Margie, Please provide following clarification. 1. Please provide us proof that you are unable to identify me. This is per your Jan 20tn email. No other reason was given? 2. Please provide explanation on ‘contradictory’ information provided on application, documents and subsequent emails. Wrong information on application and documents not matching it makes sense but still what effort you made except asking us to visit a branch? The courtesy to visit was extended by Your membership department ( 1/27) to visit a branch. This mean’s they were willing to verify at a branch. What happened? Margie, Hope and board made allegations in part. 3. Please take a moment to read and respond. This will help us understand better. Also provide information to human rights commission. We feel if it was a white woman who would not have declined. This is ongoing hate and discrimination towards Asian American. What a shame on you!
