Great experience. One of the few websites in this category to have a phone number and they answered my call outside of standard office hours. I had a tracking number and the package was delivered 2 days later in a discreet box. I’ll be back with my future needs.

I originally rated AOH 1 star and was really upset. The issue ended up being with the manufacturer and not AOH. They have still went out of their way to try to get me taken care of. I would recommend them. Just be patient if issues come up they will take care of you.

As someone purchasing from overseas to take advantage of a big discount deal, Age of hemp couldn't of made it any smoother. Shipping/dispatch took a touch longer than some companies but that is only because they reached out personally to confirm a few details for the import fees and what not, ensuring I was well looked after throughout. Never had an overseas company call me to speak in person on how I want my purchase sent. Very personal service. The item ordered was the cheapest I could find it anywhere and blew my expectations out of the water (Dr.Dabber Switch²) which just adds to the positive experience, but I cannot fault age of hemp on any aspect of the sale from start to finish. Very happy customer and would use again with confidence :)

Great company! They were extremely helpful and professional. My order was shipped on MLK Monday and came that same week. I got $70 off on my puffco through Vapeospy where I found Age Of hemp.

Had an issue with and order (was my mistake) and called to get it resolved. Customer support was absolutely perfect, could not have been better. I haven't received my item at the time of this review, but I'm very confident that I will receive it. Would reccomend!
