Disappointing experience, deliverables not provided as agreed
As a sports therapy clinic, we engaged Agenwise on a paid quarterly agreement to deliver a defined 4-week marketing plan, which included website optimisation, lead magnets, email sequences, and paid ad setup. Unfortunately, by the end of the full 12-week engagement, the agreed scope had not been delivered. Specifically: - No ads were launched or even provided for review - No website audit or optimisation work was completed - Email sequences were not set up in our system - Lead magnets were delivered late and required significant rework on our side to meet basic professional standards - Communication throughout the engagement was poor, with long gaps and unclear ownership of deliverables Much of the content submitted appeared to be copied directly from material we provided, with minimal copywriting, editing, or strategic input. This was the primary reason we hired an agency rather than producing this internally. As a result, we have had to undertake additional work internally, and our Q4 marketing activity was significantly impacted. We have formally requested a refund due to non-delivery and are still awaiting a response. I’m sharing this review factually so other business owners, particularly clinics and healthcare providers, can make an informed decision. Based on our experience, we did not receive value for the investment made and would not recommend Agenwise services to others.
