Response from Agency ElevationAug 15, 2025

Hey Jameson, we appreciate your review. Can you confirm which agency or business you're associated with? I don't see your name in our records but would love to correct any issues you're experiencing. I can confirm that typically in Slack our response times are usually within minutes and we track all activity and engagement times to ensure you receive prompt replies. When you say that we "make you wait in line for hours after signing up" -- what do you mean by this? We begin the onboarding process immediately upon signup and provide deeply integrated communications via Slack.
