That being said, many of the senior housing communities offer a variety of services and levels of care. It can be important for them to discuss your needs with you directly. This is why many of them want to get on a phone call. In most cases, we see that this is a tactic so that they do not quote you the wrong price or commit to more/less than they can provide.
