I ordered a product on November 1, 2010, it was charged to my credit card on November 2, 2010, and I have yet to receive the order. After writing countless e-mails and leaving several messages, I have yet to encounter an actual person there who can help me with this problem. UPDATE!! Actually, a very nice Customer Rep. named Margaret called me back!! It seemed like she would be taking care of the problem... we'll see!

I have ordered from them twice now and the service including the entire customer experience has been brilliant. I know it sounds a bit too good to be true, but so far no complaints. Some of the other reviews on here seem to discribe a totally different experience, which is worrying....

They used to be really good. I have used them for 5 years. The last two months there service is horrible!! I have not received my Dec 13th order and had to dispute my $127 credit card charge.
