Excellent Customer Service
I was frustrated after not receiving any calls for my listed property. Elena Amado researched my account and recognized the problems. I had inadvertently created two accounts with different names and email address, phone number was entered incorrectly, and rental information wasn't right. Elena took 30 minutes of her time to fix all of my problems, now I'm back on track. Thank you, Elena, for your expertise and excellent customer service.
