William absolutely crushed it. First time listing on the site and he made the process smooth and simple!

Vanessa was great! I needed to get my owner account verified and she made the process pleasant and efficient. I also did not have to wait on the phone very long.

Kemar made my requests and turned my problem around so quickly I was astonished. Kemar is truly an impeccable worker to you guy’s program. Extremely helpful, patient & showed empathy. He is a great person added to your team. I was anxious before figuring everything out & he put my mind at ease so efficiently.

Louise was very patient and knowledgeable about helping me advertise my house for section 8.

I had a wonderful experience with Vanessa. She is very kind, patient, and provided me with excellent customer service. I had an issue last week and she made it her mission to get to the bottom of it and find a solution and kept her promise on getting back to me after the holiday weekend. I really appreciate her patience over the phone. She guided me step by step with the application process and I didn’t feel rushed, she had an answer for everything I needed to know. She has a very calm demeanor and spoke to me in a friendly manner and with respect. I appreciate her help and feel relieved she accomplished something very important for me.

Kemar was Quick, Professional and very knowledgeable.

Definitely the most kind and respectful representative I've ever interacted with. She was prompt, knowledgeable and made the process of linking my social security number from an old, out-of-state application with my new account so easy and seamless.

Elena was amazing. The call ended up failing halfway through and she promptly called me back and helped me so much with giving me guidance on how to go about listing my property and exactly what plan I needed to purchase. Very grateful for her help.
