Hey, this was my first time communicating with affordable housing, and when I was prompted to call a number since I couldn't log back in...well, I was (to say it mildly) anxious for all the hoops I anticipated to hop, skip, and jump through. But that is not what happened! When I called, it was easy to select which button to access the right department. I was even progressively informed my place in the queue. William was friendly and confident in the process as he took me through the brief steps to get verified. I am so *so* glad I didn't just write off getting my listing posted because it was "hard"--and I'm really looking forward to the wider pool of potential applicants now available for my upcoming units.
