Ms. Elena was very thorough and helpful and pleasant. She also was very informative.

Kemar was an amazing customer service representative. He definitely provided top tier service !

Kemar was very knowledgeable in his role there. He was efficient and timely (which is most important to me). He didn't hesitate answering the only question I had and he let me know of benefits available with AH.com Vanessa helped me yesterday (also efficient/knowledgeable).

Management certainly did an excellent job of hiring Kemar Small and Vanessa Vivas. Their attention to detail was superb! I spoke to Vanessa first and went through an inquiry with her. Once she had the information from me, she transferred me to Kemar. He was able to solve my concern with ease. Both are exceptional associates and both deserves a Gold Star!

Vanessa was very helpful in resolving my problem and she also called back to check if the matter was resolved. I think that was very caring and helpful. That kind of service, I truly appreciate.

Super cool very good job

Excellent worker. Was very helpful and on point.

The representative who helped me out Kimmy was so amazing and thoughtful. Even though I was having a bad day, she was very cheerful.
