I have been trying to find out where I am on list for over year, without any success. Speaking to Vanessa today has helped me.More than anyone have to ever help me. I do live in senior housing and Quincy housing, yes i've been asking questions about my name and no one of them could tell me anything which I thought was odd. Vanessa was very pleasant and patient with me. It was nice to speak to somebody who really listened to you and answered your questions and was very kind.
